Another Coffee Guatemala Swiss-Water Processed Decaffeinated (250g)

This Guatemalan Swiss Water Process Decaffeinated is a blend of 100% Arabica beans from several high quality estates such as Finca El Cascajal and Finca La Igualdad. The blend is a consistently high standard and has good levels of acidity.

The varietals used in this blend are Catuai, Caturra and Bourbon from an elevation of 1300-1650 metres above sea level. After picking the cherries are sun dried on patios.

Swiss Water® Process uses the elements of water, temperature and time to create some of the best decaffeinated coffee. It starts with small batches of high quality coffee and green coffee extract. Then local water is added and a dash of loving attention by monitoring time and temperature until the coffee is 99.9% caffeine free.
