The World Encyclopedia of Coffee was our favourite general coffee book in our office! Then much to our dismay it went out of print. We have sourced a softback version of the book and are delighted to have it back in stock. Although this is softback the covers are rigid and thick and have a extendable leaf on both front and back which can be used to mark pages.
Packed with more than 750 glossy photographs this book covers everything the coffee enthusiast could possibly want to know about coffee, its history, the bean, producing countries, equipment, methodology and recipes. It is the most readable book on coffee that we could find and would make a superb addition to anyone’s coffee library.
The recipe section contains over 70 fabulous treats all with step-by-step instructions and photographs. From Petits Pots de Cappuccino, Coffee Roulade and Cappuccino Cones to Danish Coffee Pastries and Biscotti, this book is the coffee loving cook’s dream.
The publisher of this book also has an ethical trading policy, a tree is cultivated for every copy of the book printed!
