This digital thermometer is ideal for monitoring the temperature while frothing your milk. It has a clear digital display that shows the temperature in either centigrade or fahrenheit, measuring temperatures from -40 degrees centigrade (-40 degrees fahrenheit) to 150 degrees centigrade (302 degrees fahrenheit). The 120mm (5 inch) stainless steel stem is an ideal length for all but the largest milk frothing jugs, and a protective sleeve with a pocket clip (included) slides over the stem when not in use. It comes with a battery that is replaceable.

It is supplied with a stainless steel clip so that you can easily mount it on the side of your milk frothing jug.
