Bialetti Moka Express Stove-Top Coffee Maker 12 Cup

Bialetti is one of the top names in Italian housewares and has been manufacturing stove-top percolators since the 1930's. Its Moka Express model is still a best seller today and all products carry the famous "little man with the moustache" logo.

The Moka Express is the original aluminium stove-top percolator. All pressure valves are fitted with stainless steel springs and ball bearings to ensure long trouble-free service.

Making good coffee could not be easier! Simply fill the base with water to just below the valve, then insert the funnel filled with ground coffee. Screw the two halves together and place the pot over a heat source. When the water boils it will percolate through the ground coffee and bubble up into the top chamber. As soon as this completes remove from the heat and serve.
