These water-based thermohardening porcelain paints are great for painting your own designs on cups, mugs and other crockery. In fact they can be used on any object that can safely be placed in an oven at 150 degrees centigrade; porcelain, crockery, earthenware, terracotta, metal, glass, etc.
The object to be painted should be thoroughly cleaned with soapy water or alcohol before starting. You can lightly sketch an outline of your design with a soft pencil to help guide your painting, and if you make a mistake while painting you can simply clean the paint off with water (just wash the whole object if you want to start again or use a damp cotton swab to correct a detail) - but only before baking! Once you have completed your design just bake the object in your oven at 150 degrees centigrade for 35 minutes. Paintbrushes can be washed in water. Once baked, the paints have a deep glossy enamelled appearance, and are colourfast and dishwasher resistant.
This kit contains a 20ml tube of Gold cloissonné outliner, a high quality paintbrush, a user guide and four 20ml pots of colour paint:
