The Judge Vista range provides a wide assortment of excellent value quality stainless steel pans.
The pans are made from good quality stainless steel with a polished finish on the outside, well designed pouring lips, and easy grip handles and knobs that are made from a phenolic compound that conducts heat more slowly than metal for additional safety and comfort. They feature a thick hot forged base which ensures good heat distribution, and are suitable for all hobs including induction.
The pans in the range are available with standard lids or draining lids, but we were so impressed with the draining lids that we only stock the saucepans with draining lids. The shatter proof vented glass draining lids provide good visibility, fit well, and have a wide band around the edge with small holes on one side and large holes on the opposite side to make draining really easy. The other clever aspect of this design is that you can control how much steam is released by turning the lid - when the straining holes are aligned with the pouring lips steam can easily escape but as the lid is turned they are closed off against the side of the pan and the lid becomes more like a standard saucepan lid.
The non-stick pans in the range have the Excalibur patented non-stick coating which is reinforced with stainless steel, whilst the pans without the non-stick coating have a brushed satin finish and an internal measuring scale that means no additional measuring jugs to wash up!
This pan is a 14cm milk pan with a brushed satin finish on the inside.
