We want you to be happy with your purchases from us, so you can return anything within 90 days of the date of delivery. All we require is that returned goods are received by us unused, complete, and in undamaged condition together with any gifts or promotional items.
If the goods are not defective, or wrongly delivered by us, they must be returned at your cost.
Where an entire order is returned we will also refund any delivery charge you paid up to the amount for our standard delivery (the lowest cost delivery option presented on the delivery information page for your postcode and for the value of the order you placed). This only applies where an order is delivered to an address in the UK.
When returning goods please ensure that the goods are properly packaged, insured, and that you obtain and retain proof of dispatch. We recommend that you use a delivery method that requires a signature. Risk of damage to, or loss of, goods being returned shall only pass to us at the time of delivery to us.
Returned goods can be exchanged for other goods of equivalent value or we can refund the original cost of the goods. We can only make a refund to the original purchaser.
Refunds will be made within 7 days of us receiving the returned goods. We do NOT deduct any charges for re-stocking.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your contract within 7 days from the date of delivery. However our policy extends this to 90 days from the date of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
